Jennifer Tilly was conceived in Los Angeles on 16 September 1958, in extremely poor conditions. Her mother, a failed actor and schoolteacher, sold automobiles while her father was an automobile salesman. Jennifer was the second child in the family of four, was often at the theater performances of her mother and was extremely impressed. Jennifer's parents divorced at the age of 5 years young. Jennifer resided in British Columbia for most of her early years when her mother and remaining four kids moved to the province. Jennifer was never the studious sort, despite the fact that she was quite artistic as a child. When she was a kid Jennifer often became targeted by bullies at Canadian schools. As her love for theatre was fading, she began to participate in shows to support her mother. Her children were all encouraged to become passionate about performing arts. After that, she immediately took action.
